Afterward\, a short nature walk will take them daily to the main pavilion of Parc des Sommets\, where they will have access to the outdoor climbing wall. This is precisely what Shinrin Yoku provides. \n–  \nHere are some comments from our past participants: \n“When I arrived\, I was going 120 km/h\, then I started back down to 3 km/h in my stressed state.
