DESCRIPTION:This event will take place on March 2nd at the Parc des Sommets de Bromont during the activity; “Sur les traces du Farfadet” \nOh yes! What could be better than taking a moment to recharge and discover together as a family\, outdoors? \nThis class is intended for children aged 5 to 9\, along with their parents. \nSession Outline: In a state of contemplation of nature\, we will begin the class with warm-up exercises. Then\, passing through Yoga Island to discover various animals\, we will move on to the sun dance and the Yoga nursery rhyme. We will continue with some parent-child acroyoga poses to have a bit of fun!
