Shinrin Yoku is a Japanese expression meaning “immersion in the forest environment”.<\/p>\n

Very popular in Japan, it’s a slow, contemplative walk, over a short distance of around 2 @ 3 km in the forest, on easy paths, and facilitated by a trained guide.<\/p>\n

The walk is punctuated by invitations to connect with nature and yourself, through your senses. Appreciate the sounds, smells and sensations of nature that will bring you a sense of achievement, giving you deep serenity.<\/p>\n

A tea ceremony and snack will complete your walk.<\/p>\n
